The NA2/NA3 meeting is intended to fulfil the following functions:
- to enable the TERENA and NeSC personnel to meet and get to know each other.
- to establish in detail how the respective activities, NA2: Dissemination and Outreach, and NA3: Training and Induction, should cooperate to carry out their tasks. For example:
- the use to be made by the NA3 activity of the EGEE website (developed and maintained by NA2) for training activity publicity and dissemination.
- the collation of material at the start of the project, as specified in the TA (page 62).
- the establishment of a programme of regular meetings.
