Description
The EGEE Gr Third parties Induction Course will include the following: 1. An introduction to the EGEE Project (Scope, activities, partners, etc.) 2. An introduction to EGEE infrastructure (existing and planned) for our country (Greece) as well as an overview of the Paneuropean EGEE infrastructure 3. An introduction to EGEE applications 4. Explanation of EGEE project Management procedures and tools to be used for the duration of the project. The presentations will be done by Fotis Karayannis (PMB member), Ognjen Prnjat, (SA1 ROC manager for SEE federation), Kostas Koumantaros (SA1 ROC SEE co-manager) and Christos Aposkitis(NA3 manager). The audience attending are expected to be around 40, and include both people who are going to be actively involved in EGEE (Activities SA1, SA2, NA3 and NA5) and prospective users of the EGEE infrastructure. Almost all of the Greek third-party partners fall in both of these categories.
