INTRODUCTION The purpose of this meeting is to review NA3 progress, plan for the future and share experiences. The meeting has specific goals of jointly arriving at decisions and action plans in a number of areas to be discussed in small breakout groups. The areas currently identified are -

  • Planning. The next training and execution plans.
  • Liaison between NA3 and JRA1, JRA3, SA1, NA2 and NA4. Areas to be covered include: a grid training platform; training needs; timing of middleware and production service changes; interface between NA3 and other activities.
  • Training Materials - the Repository and Quality Assurance.
  • E-Learning - identifying directions.

It is expected that participants will arrive in Karlsruhe on the evening of 23rd September.
We will be arranging a meeting place for those who would like to meet up informally for a meal on that evening.
We intend to end the meeting in time for participants to catch return flights on the evening of 24th September.

REGISTRATION is open from now until 20th September.
Registration is being managed by the UK National e-Science Centre, via registration web page.
