[RA] Find out if a site represents just one network domain.

[RA] Find out if it is possible to model a "reservable path" in GLUE.

General Discussion

AP: is a site one network domain?
RA: no, I don't *think* so.
AP: Must be one BAR for each domain.

RA: To determin suitability of GLUE for BAR, we need to know what BAR
    needs from GLUE.

Can associate BAR instance with each CE and SE.

Need some way of saying a path between a CE and SE is reservable.

NSAP is not a grid resource, therefore configure it in BAR 
rather than setting an association in the glue schema.

Data to be stored in glue schema:

BAR: for each CE/SE, know which is nearest BAR svc
NPM: for each CE/SE, know which is appropriate network monitoring point

RA: this looks as if it would be difficult to describe in GLUE. There
    is no notion of a path between a CE and SE.

RA: When does BAR need GLUE by?
AP: It is only a niceity for EGEE-1, but will be required for EGEE-2.
