Overall, the aim of the meeting is to ensure that Tier 2s are ready
for SC4.


0. Review of actions.

   See below.  I have recorded no actions from the 28th Sep, and the
   21th was All Hands.

1. Status/plans of new sites.

   Durham - Mark.

   Liverpool - Michael.

   Bristol - Yves?

   Brunel - Henry.

   QMUL - ?

I would like to hear about experiences from the new starters; what was
good (in the documentation), what was bad, or missing.

2. Status of Classic SE migration testing - Greig, ?

3. Operational response.

   Part of the requirements for a Tier 2 is that you can respond
   within N hours to operational problems.  For those problems that
   involve non-Classic (Quantum?) SEs, we need to look at response
   time.

   - IF you have or have had an operational SRM,

   - AND you've had an operational problem associated with the SRM,
   either the SRM itself or the network or information system etc,

   - THEN how long did it take you to DIAGNOSE the problem and SOLVE
   the problem?

It would be good if you could at least make a mental note of this, and
we should start now gathering sites' experiences in this area.  Also
the general uptime of the SE.

Oh, and for core hours, N = 2.
