Proposal for frequency and format of MB meeting

• Monthly "face-to-face" meeting on dates fixed a year in advance
    --  normally (always?) at CERN
    --  full 3 hour meeting +coffee (or 10:00-15:00, or 11:00-16:00 with a sandwich lunch - this is the Overview Board format)
    --  vrvs and/or telephone connection
    --  proximity to the GDB meeting?
• Weekly telephone calls - fixed day, fixed time, max one hour, all material on the Web in advance
