Dear MB Member

I should have brought this up during the item on the minutes of 15 November meeting (which included the GDB report). Unfortunately Kors was disconnected for a moment at that time.

As it is important that we move forward with this, I would ask you to respond by email by the end of the work day on Friday (25 November) to the proposal that the three documents be endorsed by the MB. The result can then be included in the minutes of this week's meeting.
