        Service Planning and Monitoring
        Where are sites with the planning and monitoring of their services, including the question of whether or not there is general agreement on what the standard is. This includes points like purchase plans, monitoring of services and reporting thereof, round the clock services, scheduled down times and back-up scenarios. Although we should here all sites the discussion could start with some short (<15') reports:
