0. Review of actions and bug status

   See below.

1. Delta sites

   Most sites seem to be in good hands; so this should be a quick
   one.

   Plans/status/progress of Tier 1 upgrade

   Any Tier 2s that we should worry about?

2. Recommendations for upgrade (LCG 2.7.0)

   Upgrade - more a question of _when_ rather than _whether_.

   There is an outstanding related issue of testing 2.1 but that's a
   relatively low priority for now.

2.1. DPM

   1.4.1 came out this Monday so is likely to go into next/imminent
   LCG release, and Jiri has been testing it, upgrading a 1.3.8
   (upgrading needs more testing).  1.4.1 has -modified WSDL and
   mysterious python and Perl dependencies.

2.2. dCache

   Will 1.6.6 go into next LCG release?  Voice your opinion.

   YAIM status

   Improved logging in 1.6.6.  (How many dCache sites could answer a
   file security challenge?  Does the new logging fix the problem?)
   Test interoperability with RAL Really Soon Now (tm).

3. FTS update (Glasgow?)

   In particular why FTS is slow when transferring files from dCache.

4. Security challenges

   Should we roll our own, if LCG doesn't?  We can do stuff with
   files:

	1. Who wrote this file?
	2. When was it written?
	3. From where was it written?
	4. Who has accessed/read/altered it?
