[JG] Upload new version of SA2-JRA4 use cases and requirements
     document (as soon as possible) and notify JRA4.

[AP/MB] Synchronise reasons for two-stage provisioning stated in
        DSA2.3 with the reasons stated in MJRA4.5 (BAR end-to-end
        spec).

[MG] Raise JRA4-BAR savannah issues for BAR functionality mentioned 
     in DSA2.3 but are going to be missing from the BAR service.
     - inform JRA4 when this is done.


Discussion
==========

Status of BAR
-------------
The BAR service was tested successfully with the first release of GEANT2 AMPS 
(as mentioned in DJRA4.6: Report on BAR). GRNet, GEANT2 and GARR participated
in the tests.

Current BAR development work just focusing on resolving the relevant
savannah issues. Final release is scheduled for the week beginning 
Mon 27 March 06.

No interest was noted for a *new* BAR script describing how to use
the final protype. Instead, point to the last BAR script (DJRA4.4) and
mention that there are some differences but the document provides a 
good guide for the usage of the final release.

Next version of AMPS is scheduled to be release on June 06. This version
will contain security.

MJRA4.5 (BAR end-to-end spec) and DJRA4.1 (the interface document) still 
requires some minor finalisation work.

The BAR service design (which will be helpful to developer) may get
updated if effort is available.


Status of the network service provisioning model
------------------------------------------------
MG sent the document to JRA1, while ago, but no replies received. KK said that
this is unlikly to happen. The document is reference from JRA4 deliverables.

MG thinks no further work is required on this document.


Status of SLA work
------------------
DSA2.3 contains an accurate description of the status of SLA work. JRA4 BAR work
briefly mentions SLA work in the BAR end-to-end specification (MJRA4.5) and in
the BAR report (DJRA4.6).


Other
-----
No other discussions took place. As this is the final telecon, CP thanked
every one for attending and contributing to the SA2-JRA4 telecons held over
the past year. Many important issues were solved thanks to these telecons
and the joint "network service provisioning" document was a success story
thank to the SA2-JRA4 telecons. SA2 will exist as it is in EGEE-II whereas
JRA4 will re-incarnate within SA1 in EGEE-II (start April 06), just performing
NPM work. That is, the BAR activity within EGEE will cease by end of March 06.
