* Switched FTS resource IS from temporary GRIS solution to BDII. This fixed the missing FTS chennels
* GGUS 9809. Changed the time-oouts on BDII as recommended.
* 2am PST SC4 tape writes begin to fail. Problem with dcache prevented stores finishing so pools filled up and refused new stconnections. Cleaned the pools and asked for help with dcache. We now record the ids of bad files.
