  10 JS prob found at Quanta cluster, prob found during the mid night, and could only be resolved in next working day
  * details are noted in ticket history. The prob is identical to what have been found at ASGC, while cms complain 100% failiure rate using our CE
  * prob detected start from 2006-07-05 20:05:04, and end at: 2006-07-07 02:05:03

  2) Jun 09, 2006

  ASGC fall into four JL during weekend, the total resources reduce to less than 40 processors only. http://goc.grid.sinica.edu.tw/gstat/Taiwan-LCG2/
  JL start from 2006-07-08 20:05:02, and end at 2006-07-09 05:05:03, during this period, the information tend to me unstable.

  problem arise from long responding (40-60 times longer, comparing with normal qstat query) time from CE, the dynamic information will wait still the maui/pbs query completed. this is the main reson that information system tend to be unstable. It's due to one of the problem WN, that two jobs get stuck in WNs, and need to be removed forcely from job spool. Restarting the batch server after job id temp files are delete help solving the problem.
