IN2P3 - SC4 status

* T1: Cooling system outage during the past week-end. All WNs and Dcache server were turned off. Most of the grid services remained online. On monday, the grid site could have been completely reopened.

* T1-T2s transfer tests: As T1-T2s network tests were ok, but file transfer tests resulted in low transfer rate, every T2 is internally making test to improve their storage access.

* Atlas lead also some transfer tests with the T2s. Test report/conclusion is expected.
