Site Report NIKHEF, week 3-10 July

Problems:
- In the early morning of July 5th, the CE (tbn20.nikhef.nl) was hanging
for a few hours. We could not find a reason for this problem. The
machine has been rebooted and did not experience any problem since then.
- A problem in an init script for csh caused the SFT-s to fail over the
past weekend. This problem has been fixed.

Other actions:
- On request of LHC-B, we created a queue dedicated to LHC-B in Torque.
- We resolved some problems in our locally modified Yaim scripts that
deal with VOMS authentication, in particular related to SGM and PRD
accounts.
