CMS continues to work to improve the performance and efficiency for transfersbetween CERN and Tier-1 sites using the production FTS channels.    All Tier-1sites are participating in the validation activity, and several sites arehitting this years performance target.   Currently transfers to RAL and FZKcurrently have low transfer rate and higher error rates.   As of Monday we willend this phase of the CERN to Tier-1 transfer, but should continue to exercisewhere needed.

Processing submission through the RB has reached as high as 5kjobs per day on 4RBs.   We are currently experiencing scale limitations in theCMS design of the submission infrastructure and the reliability of the localsubmission machines.
