LHCb report for week 2006-28

Problem of ranking last week: some sites were reporting free slots but it wasnot at all the case. Lot of jobs were queued on this site (example: CERN,Nikhef, cyfronet-lcg,..) could it be possible that site report properly thenumber of jobs RUNNING, QUEUED/WAITING. For example at CERN where there is 2 CEpointing to LSF, they are not reporting the same information .

Would it bepossible that all Tier1 could try to follow some convention to give a similarname to their SRM endpoint for tape and disk?
