We would like to understand the Tier-1 and Tier-2 planning - which sites are involved, the capacity ramp-up for each of the three experiments, and how the resources will be committed formally. At present we have received conflicting information from Brian Vinter and from national representatives to the Computing Resource Review Board. We would also like to understand who will sign the LCG Memorandum of Understanding - whether this will be done independently by each of the countries or by a single representative of NDGF.
