Description
In recent months, the Tevatron reached a significant milestone and delivered over 1fb-1 to both the D0 and CDF experiments. The large sample of data and a powerful displaced vertex trigger combine to give CDF the worlds largest sample of reconstructed heavy flavor baryons. Using this sample, we observe four new Λb π+/- resonant states. Pending measurement of quantum numbers, these resonances are consistent with the observation of the lowest lying Σb baryons. We also report a new measurement of the Λb lifetime, recent measurements of the Bc meson and excited B states.
