Description
Operational planning for Incident Response management for EGEE-II. In the EGEE-II proposal each ROC has a responsibility to provide an incident response capability and by September there is a milestone MSA1.7 \"CERT teams in place - all ROCS, roles and procedures\". Clarify OSCT roles in deployment and vulnerability management.
