This will be at DESY, on Monday 13th of May at 18:00, following the opening Plenary session. Drinks and finger food.
Workshop Dinner:

The workshop dinner is on Wednesday 15th of May at the Altes Mädchen, the restaurant of an excellent local craft beer brewery, Ratsherrn. Buses to the venue from DESY will be provided, leaving at 18:15 sharp. It also easily reachable via public transport. We will arrive around 19:00 for drinks, followed by a buffet dinner from around 20:00. A selection of beers, wines, soft drinks as well as coffee and tea is included from 19:00-23:00 and for those who are still thirsty further drinks may be bought after 23:00, or there are many bars in Sternschanze. At the end of the evening, the Sternschanze S-bahn station and several bus lines are right next to the Altes Mädchen.
This route back to DESY below works every 15-20 mins, U-bahn from Sternschanze to Feldstrasse, head upstairs and across the road and then 3 or X3 bus to Bahrenfeld Trabrennbahn, with a 10 min walk along Notkestrasse back to DESY.
To get back to Altona, take the number 15 bus from nearby Weidenallee.
Brewery Tour:

Optional Brewery Tours at Ratsherrn are available before the workshop dinner. Two tours are planned, with a maximum of 25 people per tour, first-come-first-served. The tours will be in english and cost 20€ per person, to be paid in cash when you register at the workshop. If you would like to participate in one of the Brewery Tours, please check the box in the registration form.
