Visa requirements:

Please check your eligibility for visa-free entry to South Korea. This Wikipedia page shows the visa policy for the majority of countries. Even if you do not need a visa to enter, it is mandatory to apply for Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA), which will also dispense you from filling an immigration card at your point of entry and potentially a substantial wait in a queue. The only official page to apply for K-ETA is here. The cost of K-ETA is 10,000KRW (~7 EUR /~8 USD). Apply at least one week in advance.

Do not get distracted by other pages offering a fast, less than 24 hours processing for hundreds of USD!
