LCG Workshop 2004

Europe/Zurich
CERN

CERN

Description
The goal of the workshop is twofold:
  1. To inform the physics community about LCG, to present an overview of status and strategy, schedule and open issues, to convey the big picture; EGEE will be part of this overview. The audience for this are also people with smaller presence at CERN.
  2. To benefit from the fact that more people are around to make progress on strategically important topics in the LCG, especially in the fields of Grid Deployment, Fabric area issues at CERN and at remote sites and Grid Middleware and integration with applications.
