Each ROC will get 10 minutes maximum (~4 slides)
From each ROC:
- Any changes in ROC structure over the last few months (people/institutes involved)
- Brief explanation of your ROC's support process (who is involved, process, systems used, integration with GGUS?)
- Brief explanation of how your ROC intends to increase grid knowledge (in order to directly answer more tickets without needing to go to GGUS 3rd level support)
- Local operational documentation within your region (regardless of language)
- Issues you want to raise (we should identify the discussion forum for each issue, but we will not discuss them at this meeting)
